On January 24th the new presidential administration ordered Global Refuge to stop serving the 5,870 recently arrived refugees in their care IMMEDIATELY. This stop-work order means that government funding that provides food, housing, education, job placement, healthcare, and basic needs—has come to an immediate halt. Recently arrived
refugees who fled unimaginable danger and lawfully came to the U.S. rely on the initial assistance of Global Refuge to help them navigate life in America.

WE WILL NOT ABANDON THEM. WE MUST HELP OUR NEIGHBORS NOW.

Without the Global Refuge network of supporters—and without your immediate donations—the families we see
and serve every day face the very real threat of being left without a lifeline. We are the last line of defense for these families. With this abrupt and unprecedented cutoff of federal funding, we must now rely solely on the generosity of supporters to fill in the gaps. We must stand with these families to let them know that when promised protections for them fail, communities like ours rise. You can give by going to the Global Refuge website Here.
