Special Congregational Meeting

In accordance with the constitution Para C16.01, a change to the constitution needs to be approved by the congregation during a special meeting specifically held to review and vote on the recommended constitutional change.

As a result, a special congregational meeting is planned for the

22nd of September 2024 to address a proposed change.

A letter has been sent to all congregants at least 30 days prior to the special congregational meeting as required by the constitution along with an attachment detailing the proposed change to the constitution being recommended by council and showing the proposed change in wording, in bold red font. The sole purpose of the Special Congregational meeting on the 22nd of September 2024 will be to review the recommended changes and vote on the adoption of the recommended change.

The meeting will take place at the end of service on 22 September 2024, and to facilitate an easy transition into the special congregational meeting, service on the 22nd will be an Agape meal service.

The congregational council invites all members, in good standing, of Apostles to attend the meeting so we can conduct this much needed business of the church!
