This is a free opportunity to learn more about the featured topics as we hope to raise awareness and improve resiliency in ourselves and our community. The topic on October 22nd will be How to Have Hard Conversations. Join Ellen Velissarios, LPC, to learn tips and tricks on how to navigate and engage in hard conversations, become more confident in advocating for yourself and others, and how to remain calm and regulated throughout, while learning that “keeping the peace” may not be the best approach after all.
