GUEST Winter Shelter

For the first time, Apostles will open the church to house the clients of the GUEST homeless shelter for 2 weeks during the Winter Shelter season—the week of January 20th and March 10th. The clients will arrive at 7:00 PM, have dinner and stay overnight and go back to the day shelter at 7:00 AM. There are opportunities for anyone to serve—providing dinner and breakfast for the clients and volunteering to man the shifts during the evening.

A presentation will be made to the congregation during the worship service on Sunday, January 5th and signup sheets will be in the bulletin. If you have any questions or concerns, you can contact Linda Hodges, Barbara Runk or Janet Gomez.
