Hello and Happy November!

This is Pastor Jeniffer writing beyond the page. I’ve been pondering over what I should write to you now that I'm finally here in Gloucester. All that I can say is that I am excited for this new chapter in our lives. Together, we'll discover how God is calling us to live with and serve one another. There will be plenty of time to read over newsletter articles from me, so I'll make this brief. I am so happy to have been called as your Pastor, and yet I know that I am a stranger in this strange land that you call home. Over the next couple of months, I will hold special office hours aptly named "Meet the Pastor" as a means of getting to know you. Please sign up for a 30 minute time slot located at Apostles HQ. The Advent Season is upon us, which means that the Lord's Prayer will be changing come December 1st. One of the joys of moving anywhere is finding a place to call home. I have been overwhelmed by the sense of hospitality shown to me over these past few weeks and would like to return the favor. You are all invited to my House Warming party... once I find a house, of course. In the meantime, let us all be mindful of those who are without a safe place that they can rest their head, especially now that the weather is transitioning.
